  • Fit With Me’s gym is located within Lord's Cricket Ground, a 5-minute walk from St John’s Wood Station and under 10 minutes from Maida Vale Station.

  • Enter via the North Gate on 8 Wellington Place.

  • Parking is available on site. By appointment only.

We’ll start by listening to your goals, motivations and challenges, and lead you through a trial personal training session.

Getting Started

  • The objectives of your first session are:

    1. For you to meet us, and experience what it's like to train at Fit With Me.

    2. For us to understand more about you, and how we can help you reach your goals.

    3. For us to give you a clear recommendation on the best way to move forward.

    The session covers a comprehensive assessment where we explore your goals, understand your body, and run an initial workout. It’s also a chance to get to know your trainer. From there, we create a personalised programme that fits your needs, your body, and your lifestyle.

  • Yes, we work with all fitness levels, including complete beginners or anyone returning after a break. Our trainers offer expert coaching and dedicated support to help you build strength and confidence safely and effectively, and make progress at a pace that is right for you.

  • Yes, we work with people at every level of performance, including elite athletes. Some of our clients have competed at top level of international sport, and we leverage all of the expertise across our team to help people unlock their potential and achieve more in their chosen arenas.

  • We train people of every age: from 12 year olds to 96 year olds. Anyone under the age of 18 requires parental consent to train at Fit With Me.

    Regardless of age, everyone at Fit With Me has one thing in common: wanting to invest in their health.

  • Yes, we train people with injuries or disabilities.

    Training safely and rebuilding strength is an essential part of getting back to your best. Our trainers often work with clients who are recovering, or managing long-term conditions. It is criticial to understand how we can help in the way that is right for your body and your abilities.

  • Our space is purely for personal training. Our trainers will work with you to understand what you do and don't enjoy, and adapt the approach to your goals. We are not here to force you to do things you don't enjoy - we are hwere to support and motivate you (and help you to love every workout!)

  • Everything we do is built around you. Your body, your goals, your lifestyle.

    We will work with you to build a routine that works for you, where you feel motivated and supported, and that can adapt to the demands of your life.

  • Your trainer will work with you at every step of the way.

    This means recording every rep, weight, and workout, and adapting the approach as you make progress.

    As you progress, your trainer will make time to gather feedback from you - both in the session, and through regular check-ins - to make sure that the support is working for you. It is not just about the workouts - it is about us understanding your body and your mind to unlock your potential and ensure you are supported in the gym and beyond.

  • We cannot speak for other gyms or trainers - we do things the way we feel is best for you.

    That means truly working together as a team, and putting you at the heart of everything we do. It is total committment and dedication to understanding and supporting you.

  • Our space is purely for personal training. This involves our trainers working with you to get the most out of your workouts. There is no access to the gym without a session with one of our personal trainers.

  • You are welcome to visit us for a free assessment and personal training session. After this session, we will give you a recommendation on how to move forward.

    If you would like, you are also welcome to try a members only class for free without obligation.

    If you are still unsure about membership, you are welcome to pay-as-you-go and train as a guest.

  • Existing members or guests can cancel or reschedule your session using the Fit With Me app. You can also contact us via email or WhatsApp if you would like to talk to someone about rescheduling or cancelling a session.

    We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all bookings, and always use our discretion if there is an issue at short-notice.

  • If you are training with us for the first time, you can get in touch to book your free session (link to contact us).

    Existing members (or guests) can schedule sessions through the Fit With Me app, or can contact us directly via email or WhatsApp.

  • We cannot speak for other gyms or trainers - we do things the way we feel is best for you.

    That means truly working together as a team, and putting you at the heart of everything we do. It is total committment and dedication to understanding and supporting you.

  • Yes, our facilities include showers, lockers, and changing areas for all members.

  • Parking is available on request at certain days and times. Please contact us for more information.

Access & Facilities

Pricing & Membership

  • It depends on the duration of your session and whether you are training as a member or as a guest.

    30 minute sessions:

    • £60 per session for a guest

    • £400 for 10 sessions as a member

    45 minute sessions:

    • £90 per sesion for a guest

    • £600 for 10 sessions as a member

    60 minute sessions:

    • £120 per sesion for a guest

    • £800 for 10 sessions as a member

    Other rates are available for 'Train with a Friend' sessions, or Personal Training with Filipa

  • It depends on the duration of your session and whether you are training as a member or as a guest.

    30 minute sessions:

    • £100 per sesion for a guest

    • £750 for 10 sessions as a member

    45 minute sessions:

    • £150 per sesion for a guest

    • £1125 for 10 sessions as a member

    60 minute sessions:

    • £200 per sesion for a guest

    • £1500 for 10 sessions as a member

    Other rates are available for 'Train with a Friend with Filipa' sessions

  • There are three types of membership:

    Individual membership: £60/month

    Couples membership: £100/month (for two people)

    Family membership: £150/month (for up to four people)

    • Memberships gives you better value rates on every session - save up to 50% on your workouts

    • Unlimited access to members’ classes

    • Exclusive access to other benefits - invitation-only events, treatment discounts, and 10% off in Filipa’s café at Lord’s

  • No - our membership is built entirely around you. No joining fee. No minimum contract length. Pause anytime. No questions asked.

    You can also pause/freeze your membership at no extra cost.

  • We have two types of class: Members Classes, and Performance Classes.

    Every members class is included with membership.

    Performance Classes (Pilates, Strength for Runners) are charged separately.

  • Personal training packages do not expire, and auto-renew on completion. You will always receive a message from us to notify you when you are at the end of a package before it auto-renews.

  • You are welcome to visit us for a free assessment and personal training session. After this session, we will give you a recommendation on how to move forward.

    If you would like, you are also welcome to try a members only class for free without obligation.

    If you are still unsure about membership, you are welcome to pay-as-you-go and train as a guest.
